We’re confident that you’ll enjoy your Blake’s All Natural Foods purchase. However, if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item that you purchased.

How to Return an Item

  • Please return items as soon as possible.
  • Please include a note stating your reason for returning the meal. Include your full name, your mailing address, and either a phone number or an email address (in case we need to contact you with questions).
  • Enclose the store receipt and cardboard box packaging with UPC code (the bar code) AND Best If Used By Date, which is printed on the side of the box you opened, and send to: Blake's All Natural Foods, C/O Conagra Brands, 222 W. Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite. 1300, Chicago, IL 60654, Attn: Returns.
  • For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
